Website terms and conditions
Last reviewed 10 August 2026.
Information, not a quotation
Website content is general guidance. A property survey, design and written proposal are required before price, suitability, performance, timescale or grant eligibility is confirmed.
No guaranteed savings
Energy use and costs depend on the property, weather, tariff, system design, controls and household behaviour. Illustrative explanations are not savings guarantees.
Grant information
Funding rules change. Official Ofgem and GOV.UK guidance takes priority, and approval is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The website design and copy belong to the operator or licensed providers. NW Heating source assets are used with owner permission.
Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to info@nathanwyattheating.co.uk.
Using the information responsibly
The website helps homeowners understand renewable-heating decisions and prepare an enquiry. It is not a survey, heat-loss calculation, quotation, performance guarantee or substitute for manufacturer, planning, electrical or scheme requirements. Do not order equipment or alter a heating system solely from general website content.
External links are provided to useful sources such as Ofgem, GOV.UK, Companies House and the operating business. Those services control their own content and availability. A link does not make Renewable Heating Kent responsible for a third party’s advice, privacy practices or later changes.
Any proposal or contract supplied after an enquiry will contain its own scope, price, assumptions, exclusions and terms, which take priority for that work. If you notice an error or need information in another format, contact info@nathanwyattheating.co.uk. Continued use of the website after a policy update means the current published terms apply to that use.
Further clarification
Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a separate written agreement is formed, its governing law, cancellation, payment, complaint and warranty provisions will be stated in that agreement. Read the written scope carefully, keep a copy, and ask for clarification before accepting any item whose meaning or practical effect is uncertain.
